Make sure your information is entered accurately
- Please ensure that all your information is entered accurately, including full name and apartment, condominium and/or suite number where applicable. Incorrect shipping information may result in a delay of delivery and additional fees from the carrier, which will be charged to the purchaser.
- If a gift is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the purchaser will be contacted immediately to provide an alternate shipping address. Consequently, the purchaser will be required to pay additional shipping charges for reshipment in addition to a 15% handling fee.
- We can not extend our Satisfaction Guarantee to orders for which we are given an incorrect or incomplete address.
- You can return any item in its original package within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.

- Please note that products with signs of wear, damaged in any way or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. All returns must be packaged properly or they will not be accepted.
- Shop Unique Gifts is not responsible for duties, taxes and return shipping cost and the shipping fees on returns are non-refundable.

There are NO cash refunds on credit card purchases.
A copy of the sales receipt must accompany all returns. Your return authorization number must accompany all returns.
LOST OR STOLEN RETURNED PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you keep proper Proof of Delivery.
Discounted and Special order items are not returnable.
We cannot accept partial returns of gift sets. If you would like to return a gift set or any bundled packs, kindly return the set or pack as a whole.
The returned product must be in its original box with all the documentation, to ensure a full credit. No credit or replacement will be issued until the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Please allow 8 – 10 business days to process your return/exchange. You will receive an email informing you that a credit has been applied towards your credit card.
Since weights, dimensions and other information about the items are accessible on the website, the purchaser assumes all responsibility for ensuring that the size, color and so on of selected items are appropriate for the event at hand. Therefore, shopuniquegifts.ca will not offer replacements or refunds for reasons of size, weight, color or disputes over value.
- Shopuniqeugifts.ca is not responsible for “change of mind” situations or where personal taste differences occur.
- Shopuniquegifts.ca is not responsible for changes submitted less than two days prior to the desired delivery date of items shipped overnight and three days prior to the desired delivery date of items shipped.
- Shopuniquegifts.ca is not responsible for any damages or non-delivery of products if the intended recipient is not there to receive the package, or incomplete or inaccurate address information was provided at the time the order was placed. Once your package leaves our hands and is accepted by the carrier, shopuniquegifts.ca is no longer held liable for damages caused by delivery delays due to weather, carrier malfunctions and the like.
Products must returned properly packaged, as we can not issue a refund if your item arrives back damaged due to lack of, or inadequate packaging.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product and would like to return it, we will gladly do so.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org .
To return your product, you should always send us an email at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
